Make-up isn’t just about looking good - it’s about feeling good. Whether you're trans, non-binary, gender non-conforming or exploring your gender expression, this session is all about helping you feel seen, confident, and completely yourself.
In this 2 hour session with a pro artist in our private studio, we’ll work with you 1-1 to create looks that affirm who you are - from everyday glam, soft natural, masc, fem, or anything in between.

Prepping the canvas - skincare tailored to your face
Introduction - to makeup products and tools you can use everyday. How to shop with confidence for products if you are unsure, and finding out what the professionals use.
Feminine - learn how to feminize your face
Masculine - learn how to masculinize your face (contour, hide flaws, ‘no make-up’ look)
Androgynous - learn how to achieve a blend of fem/masc. looks
Practise - various make-up techniques (brow shaping, lash extensions, colour correction)
Develop - your own style with make-up that echo’s your personality and vibe!
Design and create - your own look - for every day or your best night out

amanda rochelle (she)
Amanda is an established hair and make-up designer with over 25 years of experience in TV, TVC, Film, Live Event & Photographic make-up. For the past 17 years she has also been an educator and mentor to students and trainees with the ambition to be successful in a competitive industry.
As well as running Make-up United Artists, an agency dedicated to providing excellence in make-up artistry and hairstyling for the screen industries, she has an academy studio in Media City, hosting masterclasses and workshops for beginners and industry pros alike.
CJ Fawn (they/them)
CJ is MU-A’s nonbinary Social Media Manager; producing content for our socials & website as well as providing tailored media training for MU-A trainees looking to step up their socials.
CJ hosts Social Media & LGBTQIA+ masterclasses & tutoring alongside our Hair and Make-up workshops, and is always happy to help artists grow their online following, boost engagement and develop their social media content.
